Communication is most often by email or telephone, especially with overseas clients. Emails are answered the same day or next business day at latest, and the telephone is usually answered on the first ring; responsiveness is a high priority for me.

In-person meetings by appointment are held at the conference location in Washington, D.C. which is near both the Farragut North (red line) and McPherson Square (blue line) subway locations.
